Doug Cloutier is honored for his achievements as president of Taylor North and administrator of Michigan District 5, surrounded by players and coaches from the team in the Junior League Baseball World Series in Taylor. He served as president of the Taylor North Central league and became one of the driving forces to merge the leagues into Taylor North.
